Ordering & account

Do I need an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes re-ordering, tracking, and accessing past invoices easier.

How old do I have to be? You must be 19+ (or the age of majority in your province) and a resident of Canada with a valid Canadian shipping address.

What payment methods do you accept? Interac e-Transfer, credit/debit card, and select crypto where available. All payments are processed securely; we never store your full card or wallet info.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, any time before a tracking number is generated. Email sales@zoomersdispensary.st with your order number ASAP.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship? Every province and territory in Canada, including PO boxes and rural routes. We do not ship internationally.

How long does shipping take? 1–2 business days to BC/AB, 2–3 to the Prairies/Ontario/Quebec, 3–4 to Atlantic Canada, 4–7 to the territories and remote postal codes. All orders ship Canada Post XpressPost with tracking.

How much is shipping? Flat $15 XpressPost. Free on orders over $150.

Is the packaging discreet? Yes — plain Canada Post mailer, neutral return address, vacuum-sealed and odour-controlled inside. Nothing on the outside indicates what’s in the box.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what now? If it’s been 5+ business days (10 for remote codes), email sales@zoomersdispensary.st. We’ll open a Canada Post trace and re-ship or refund.

Products & dosing

Are your mushrooms lab-tested? Yes. Every batch is tested for potency and contaminants before it’s packaged.

What’s a microdose? A sub-perceptual dose, typically 100–300 mg of dried psilocybin mushroom. You shouldn’t feel “high” — most people report sharper focus, better mood, and steadier energy. Popular schedules: Fadiman (1 day on, 2 off) or Stamets (4 on, 3 off).

What’s a recreational dose? 1 g is light, 2–3 g is a classic “museum” to moderate trip, 3.5 g+ is a full journey. Start low, especially with a new strain or vendor.

How should I store my shrooms? In the vacuum-sealed bag, in a cool, dark, dry place. For long-term storage, refrigerate or freeze — properly dried mushrooms keep their potency for 12+ months.

Can I mix products? Capsules, edibles, and dried mushrooms can be combined, but stack carefully — total psilocybin adds up. Never combine with alcohol or other depressants.

Safety & legal

Is this legal? Psilocybin is a controlled substance in Canada. Zoomers operates in the same grey market as Canada’s storefront and online mushroom dispensaries. You purchase and consume at your own risk; we don’t ship to anyone under 19 or outside Canada.

Who shouldn’t use psilocybin? Anyone with a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder; anyone on SSRIs, MAOIs, or lithium; pregnant or breastfeeding people. When in doubt, talk to a doctor.

Will Zoomers show up on my bank statement? The merchant descriptor is a neutral business name. Nothing on your statement says “mushrooms” or “Zoomers Dispensary”.
