These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zoomersdispensary.st (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from us. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and a resident of Canada with a valid Canadian shipping address.
2. Products
We sell dried psilocybin mushrooms, microdose capsules, edibles, beverages, functional mushrooms and elixirs for personal use. Photos, strain descriptions and dosing guidance are provided for information only and should not be treated as medical advice. Psilocybin is not approved by Health Canada for general use; you purchase and consume at your own risk.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unverifiable age, out-of-Canada addresses, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party providers (e-Transfer, card, or crypto where available). You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not resell our products
- Do not ship our products outside Canada
- Do not provide our products to anyone under 19
- Do not use the Site to commit fraud, scrape data, or disrupt service
6. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, images, logos, product names — is owned by Zoomers Dispensary or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without written permission.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site and our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Zoomers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zoomers against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
